Q: Will my dog get any attention?
Absolutely - Since we are a small kennel we are able to provide your Canine friend a lot of love and affection every day.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
Yes - This way you are assured there will be a space in our comfy kennel. So please fill the Boarding Request Form and we will contact you if we are able to accommodate, or call (585) 265-2200
Q: Can one of my family members or a friend pick up my Dog?
Yes - But we require that you leave their name and phone number when you drop your Dog off.
Q: Can I bring in my Dog's favorite food?
Yes - We only ask that you bring just enough for your Dog's stay.
*50 lb bag might be a tad to much, :)
Q: Can I call and check on my Dog?
Yes- You can call and check anytime.
*Due to the location of the Phone we can not put them on the phone to talk with you directly.
Q: What do the Dogs sleep on during nap time?
We provide cots for them when they feel the need to rest. Of course, please feel free to bring a blanket from home if you wish. (It is not recommended you bring their favorite blanket or one of sentimental value)
Q: What is Canine Cough (Kennel Cough)?
Canine cough (better know as Kennel cough) is very simular to pneumonia in humans. It is very contagious and this is why we require your Dog have the Kennel cough vaccine once a year.
